She is parodying her persona at the moment, I just feel bad that they either didn't get it or did get it and did this for the views.
The reason why nobody is getting it is because she already started the era as joke with all he contrived urban culture nonsense. So people can't even make the distinction between when she is being her try hard self and when she is parodying herself.
It's the grill scene in the first 30 seconds that really kills the entire video for me. There was nothing stopping me from doing the famous Liz Lemon "Oh brother" eyeroll the second I saw that.
