Jordan McCoy, an artist signed to P Ditty's Bad Boy label, is confused over the release of Fergie’s new album. Why you ask? Well Fergie sold the rights to the song, 'Big Girls Don't Cry', to Jordan for her new album and then she decided to put the song on her own album. Jordan said this on her myspace after she found out, "OMG, I just listened to Fergie's version. IT'S THE EXACT SAME SONG AS MINE! I can't believe she didn't even change it. She said she wasn't using it on her album when she sold it to us. She changed her mind AFTER I recorded it. She has made me really really sad. - Jordan McCoy.”
