I'm about 95% sure this is the legit title.
Assuming it is, I feel as though this would actually be her best album title since Daydream. What many present-day stans don't really understand is that albums used to be bodies of work. Not collections of singles.
I dictate quality of album titles by correlation with the music. Daydream represented a day in which your life is pictured in technicolor, and in reality it's still just a Fantasy that you are looking into. However, not everyone will really understand it but you.

Basically, The Art Of Letting Go represents perfecting the ability to free yourself. It's like a trilogy. She started with Butterfly, then TEOM now this is the concluding chapter. She has everything she's ever wanted in life right now. She is happier than she's ever been right now. She just wishes to share with us HOW to get there and WHY it is important to understand. The art of doing anything is abstract, it's one of the few things you can't manipulate. Art. Letting Go is something that we ALL have gripes with. You can emancipate/distance yourself from situations but you can STILL harbor the pain. She's done with that now.
