By the end of this decade, which female singer will become the unquestioned best-seller in recorded music?

Celine Dion has always been the most consistent out of the bunch and she's doing well w/ her Las Vegas show.

Madonna has sold like 40M albums and singles more than Mariah worldwide (excluding, 'COADF').

There is no way Mariah would catch up to that in 5 years, not to mention Madonna will be adding millions more to the gap in sales between them, with 'COADF'.

Britney has TWO Diamond albums (10 million sold), while most of these don't.Britney will have a HUGE comeback. Emancipation will be a bug compared to the succes Britney's gonna get in 2007!

Mariah

Mariah Carey. She is still like 28 and she has #1s so I think she will top. Followed closely by someone like Britney

Mariah. She's sold a lot already and she's still 36.

Though things have been shaky.. I would never count out Janet... she was the second biggest artist of the 90's (behind Mariah)

Hopefully Michael will come back and will continue to outsell all these people.
