Demi Lovato is a major US pop star and so the promoters of a London concert should perhaps have realised what they were in for when they advertised free tickets.
The result involved the police, an ambulance and hundreds of disappointed, angry fans as BBC London's Richard Slee found out.
Demi rarely comes to UK, so the UK Lovatics must really want to see her concert so bad + it's a free concert. Who wouldn't want the free tickets right?
