I read an article, which stated the label had picked all of her singles and that Clarkson was given the chance to pick for the last one. She said
Walk Away was her favorite track. Also, I don't really consider
Breakaway an official single of
Breakaway since the song was released almost 4 months before the album hit stores. I believe Clarkson’s release date was even pushed back all the way to November due to the massive success of
Breakaway . I assume they did it to add the song to the album?
