No, just like Selena wouldn't be able to pull off any of Demi's songs. she has sexy/charming songs that she pulls off very well so I don't think she needs that song
They're both too different tbh. Selena may have a limited range vocally, but her voice has some kind of allure, a somewhat attractive air around it, sort of like Britney or Kylie. Demi doesn't have that allure, but she makes up for it by having a great range.
To put it shorter, Selena wouldn't be able to pull off "Heart Attack" in terms of vocals (at least not like Demi), and Demi could sing "Come & Get It", but it really wouldn't fit her.
