You can find this kind of stuff in every country. Russians just have the cams that film every accident unlike people from other countries.

Russians are smart 'cos they tape everything so in case they aren't guilty of the accident they have the proof videotaped, similar tapes from other countries:

South Korea (Warning with this one although the driver survived the video can shock you pretty bad)
