I'm probably more excited for 'Yeezus' due to Ye's #flowpunch and production. Drake excitement is right behind it though, "SFTB" is only okay for me.
But to answer the question, if going by history -- Kanye's decline and Drake's stability puts the latter at higher chances to succeed more. Kanye's last album had just as much hype and topped out at 1.2 million with a ~500k opening. That's just going by history, though. He could find his way to a comeback as far as moving units/longevity this time around.
If we're talking about which will be the most commercially successful I'd like to remind people who automatically think to vote Kanye that of each rappers' most recent solo albums it was Drake's which ultimately sold more copies domestically and which spawned more successful singles.
I'm voting Drake. Kanye's will most likely sell more during it's first week (though it'll be close) but Drake's is the one which will ultimately sell more and produce more big singles.

Or maybe critics will get tired of his egocentric act. I see it happening tbh.
Where's the egocentric in his other albums? I'm pretty sure this is his first 'egocentric' album only based judging with the title. Cruel Summer is egocentric but that's a collab album along with GOOD music so that doesn't count.

Lol.
Anyways, if you think this album will just happen in a normal way with that album title...
