Somebody said on VH1 NE-YO and Ciara are dating and NE-YO's song Sexy Love is dedicated to her and this has also been talked about the MTV message boards. So I'm thinking these two will make a great couple because they're both the prince and princess of R&B right now and on MTV Hits they had similar hits so they both have the same taste in music. This might be just a rumor. But what's your thoughts on Ciara and NE-YO if they are dating?
