Coming from someone who's lived there, yes. They make national news almost all the time for ratchet crimes and stupidity and even when they don't you can witness it in person. Not a single day went by that I didn't see messy, ratchet people doing weird **** to something, themselves or someone else.

I'm pretty sure there is. It's disgusting. Once it became too expensive I stopped but when I first moved there, I washed my dishes with gallon jugs of water.
