Also make sure if you want to lose weight do it with weight training or you will loose muscle and not fat

Thats a mistake many people do...they just do cardio and cardio and they see the scale going down but the fat still there...its because they loose muscle and not fat..
If you weight train while doing cardio you will mantain your body muscle mass while loosing the fat
plus if you have muscle you lose cardio even while sleeping
