The album DID get shelved, Afrojack took all the rights back form all the tracks she recorded, so I don't know why she says SOON maybe she's now working with a new producer.
The Afrojack breakup happened damn near a year ago. Back in November Paris said something about being in the studio, so it's definitely possible that album #2 is coming "soon".
