What are some of the misconceptions that you have to deal with? I'm a vegetarian and I hate when some people think that we only eat salad. We eat a lot more than that. I also hate when some vegans/vegetarians just automatically assume meat eaters are "unhealthy."

Omg you're a vegetarian too?!

Everyone ALWAYS asks me what I eat. Like they ask it like there's nothing besides meat to eat. And yes they ask me about salad too. I don't even like salad.

Another one is when people wanna take me to "be bad" and eat meat. UM, there's a reason I don't eat meat Also I get asked a lot if I've ever been to like Steak n Shake or Bryant's Steakhouse or KFC or Red Lobster and all of those meat places.

okay so I'm a skinny person lol. People tend to think I'm skinny and I all of a sudden lost a bunch of weight when I went vegetarian.. Um no I was skinny when I ate meat as well.. I've been skinny all my life.

That all I eat is salad, that I'm one of those crazy PETA animal rights people (I'm only vegetarian because I've never liked meat, the smell, the texture, etc) and that I don't get enough protein.

That you become skinny (it's really easy to just replace meat with carbs when becoming a vegetarian if you're not healthy!)
That you're pretentious/judge people for eating meat.
