I had come across a link to this and I thought I'd share it. It's interesting because the main point of the "movie" is to show that that Garfield is dead, or at least to make you wonder if he is. What do you guys think?

Note: I realize it is a cartoon character but http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garfield#Short_storylines is really interesting to read. I also realize how it may all be made up but just thought I'd share.

Edit: The theories were finally taken out of the wikipedia page. Yeah, I know it's just the presentation of the whole thing that makes one think but it was still something.

i thought that was really interesting. possibility of everything from the past 17 years is all a fantasy. kinda twisted in a nice way.

I don't think he's dead, Garfield was hallucinating/dreaming, and the author was just making a moral smackdown for the readers. And besides, didn't anybody catch the last strip when Jon was asking Garfield if he wanted breakfest? (when the cat snapped back into physical reality)

wow. That was actually something I never expected. It seems kinda a bit too dark to be real though.

How long do you think he took for him to starve to death? I mean seeing how obese he was for a cat.

I always did like Odies better. Haha.
