Dutch news is reporting that Justin Bieber and Usher are being sued for $10 million by Devin Copeland (artist name De Rico) because Usher allegedly stole 'Somebody To Love'; a song which they claim he gave to Bieber and eventually ended up on Justin's album
My World 2.0.
Copeland claims that he contacted several labels, including Usher, with his album in 2008 and one of the tracks on the album was 'Somebody To Love'. He claims Usher and others conspired and directly copied the song, according to the news.
Copeland and his songwriter are suing for $10million because they breached the copyright and to compensate their losses. They also want to prevent Bieber, Usher, and others from continuing to breach the copyright.
The source that the Dutch news used is E!, which is said to have the court documents.
