It could be from the #willpower sessions, Dr. Luke worked on #willpower, so it's not weird to think that he and Luke worked on this, put it aside and will took parts of it later for Robin.
I find it a bit lame and unprofessional t call people out on the net though, they worked together before, just pick up the phone or write a mail and handle it as professionals.
