My iTunes is full of music I no longer care for but I can't bring myself to delete it... what do you guys do when your music hoarding gets out of control? Do you hog entire discographies, only never to listen to them?
Help me out, I'm running out of space on my hard drive.
Usually I do iTunes cleansing once or twice a year. If the "Last Played" column shows a song/album hasn't been touched in the last 2 years or so, it's gone
guys does anyone of you how to clean my purchased apps list in the app store , i've downloaded some gay apps and now i want remove the s*** out of them
Nope I can't bring myself to delete stuff.
I like to have the material there to just listen to at any time, and I know once I delete a song, I'll have an urge to listen to it.
I'm in the same boat don't worry. I have 13,000 songs and I literally listen to like five artists. But I like having a full, well-rounded library and I always like having different stuff so in case I don't feel like listening to my faves, I can find something else--or if I need to make a playlist with a lot of different stuff. I don't know! I run out of space on my computer ALL the time. Let me know what you decide to do haha
I ave hundreds of songs that i never play. But i put them on there to make me look cool. So many girly pop chicks Is my most played singers so I put Hard Rock on there to make me look like less of a queer.
I wish there was a way to remove all the songs in my library that are no longer on my hard drive, unless I start from scratch and import my folders again. The files from my old laptop are a mess, plus my Albums tab is full of songs without artwork.
I use Playlists more often than not, just because I like the Library to be organised

I have the exact same problem.
I deleted Macklemore's album the other day and within hours I had the urge to listen to Thrift Shop
I copy and save all my songs in an archive folder after it finished downloading from iTunes. After I get tired of listening to it then I will delete it at will knowing I still have it saved somewhere. Then, I will pull it out from the archive again whenever I want to listen to it again. My iTunes only has like 30 songs at a time, normally new songs that I want to listen the most at the moment. It gives me a great sense of security.
As for useless songs, just delete it if you have no use of them anymore. If you have listened to it and don't like why bother having it on your iTunes. I only save albums and singles I like in my archive.

Don't worry, Rick Santorum. If you go to your apps on your computer it should let you delete them from the list of bought apps.
