Matthew McConaughey approves Bieber's Shirtless Selfies
Quote:
If anyone understands the nuances and etiquette of appearing shirtless in public, it's Matthew McConaughey. The actor isn't shy about showing off his toned bod, and he hopes that the frequently-shirtless Justin Bieber also remains stalwart in his decision to appear half naked anywhere and everywhere he chooses.
And while celebrities like Olivia Wilde have been critical of Bieber's decision to saunter around the world sans top, this actor is letting him know that he should just brush off all that noise.
"No, no, no, no, no... I'm not saying you've got to wear a shirt in an airport, especially, I think, he's flying private he can wear whatever he wants," he said to MTV News at the junket for "Mud," before addressing Bieber personally: "[It's] appropriate wherever you say it's appropriate. It's your shirt."
McConaughey was a little surprised that there was disapproval around the teen's bare chest, which seems to make appearances at the most unexpected times.
The fact that people are criticizing him for wanting to be shirtless are the same people that dye their hair unnatural colors. Both of them should be able to dress (or not dress) how they want
