I am in between of the death penalty. I only agree of it when someone premeditated a murder, but otherwise no. But even now I am not sure if I would say yes to a death penalty if someone kills another person. But one thing for sure is that the death penalty doesn't really solve anything and it only makes our society live in the past while we should progress as a society.
No because so many people are behind bars for crimes they did not commit. Imagine how many people may be wrongly given the death penalty! Mistakes happen a lot!
