She is tied with others, probably 2 or 3 others. I think Beyonce, Britney Spears, Lady GaGa and Rihanna are the current four. Recently Beyonce was not even in TIME's list of the most influential people in the last decade, and GaGa was the only artist there.

She's one of them, I think it's kind of a tie between her, maybe Britney and Gaga.
