I recognize her. She's was on this reality show on the Style network called Ruby. She's a really sweet girl and kind of shy so I can't picture her trying to be malicious here. Who knows though.
Sounds like they were terrible to her though probably just to make the show seem more interesting. She should have read the fine print lol.
