Anyone watch this very confusing and weird American spin on "Fame Academy"? Niceness in judging, awefulness in singing. Like, this makes AI5 seem like a Master Class in voice and stage presence.
I loved me some cheezy "Fame" and the faker nonsense that was "Superstar USA" and even "Rock Star" seems intriguing than this...um...Oprah Singing Special.
Oh, the only one I can stand listening to is Austin, but he's a tad too Taylor for my liking. Meanwhile half can't sing and half have no chance in the current music scene.
The results show BARELY had a million viewers. ABC flopped huge in this one. Wow. Seriously, one of the biggest flops I've seen in years. ABC is stuck with it from what I've heard, so they'll just had to deal and wheel the next 13 weeks or whatever. ABC should get a big **** you for cancelling the summer season of Less Than Perfect for this American Idol wannabe and another **** you for not showing the last two episodes of How to Get the Guy. NOW i can't get the guy? WTH!
