Yeah avril did a duet with john r her idol. Singing iris at some fashion rocks show a while back
Yeah their version is the best. I listened to it a few times now. Its ok but i like the raspyness, of the original iris much better.

Iris is one of the greatest songs i've ever heard, It's definately a hit!
