Stacie Orrico has a new song and clip called "Is It Me". With this song, she seems to be dealing with commitment issues. It actually has a better change of being a single more than "I'm Not Missing You". BTW, here is a link to the clip:
INMY is actually becoming a hit because right now it's #19 on the Bubbling Under the Hot 100. Hopefully, the video will cause the song to keep climbing.
A lot of artists release terrible first singles. Stacie could've released this song or Wait. Two very good songs. What label is she on? They suck. I'm not missing you puts me to sleep.
INMY has flopped miserably. It's a good song but it's not made for radio. However, "Is It Me" & "Wait" are definitely potential pop smashes. This whole album is looking like something to look out for. And I'm pretty sure one of those will be single #2.

Honestly, I didn't think INMY was good enough for pop radio (very sad though).
But this is what I think. If it weren't for new songs from Jessica, Justin, Janet, Xtina & Beyonce gaining a ton of airplay, Stacie would've been top 40.
"I'm Not Missing You" isn't over yet is it? I mean, there's been no premiere on TRL or promotion wutsoever?! So it's #119 right now and climbing? hmm...so Stacie's already given up and moved onto the next single? I really hope her success, as she really deserves it.
I can't wait for Stacie's new album, it comes out August 1st. I really hope she does as well with INMY as ahe did with More to Life. She really deserves it, because her voice rocks!
INMY is officially going to retail on August 15 (two weeks b4 Beautiful Awaakening comes out). The song is really lacking in promotion. I don't know what is wrong with Virgin. Probably once the video comes out, Stacie will get the hit she deserves.
