I got a free album snippet's mp3 on Lily Allen's site. It's 9 minutes long and features a good clip of each song from her "Alright, Still" album. My favourite is "Knock 'Em Out" which is just over halfway into the mp3. Her website is HERE and the free mp3 link is at the top in yellow.
Got the album weeks ago (it leaked), good debut. She needs to be careful what she selects as singles thogh imo, some excellent single choices such as LDN and Alfie could see the album do VERY well imo.
Yeah, but most of the songs are great anyway so she should be fine. "LDN" has already been released as a limited 7" single before "Smile" so it could get a proper release.
Yeah I saw the promo video she did for it. Undoubtedly she'll alter that with a proper video. Indeed most of the album is fine but there are some great single choices on their I think which she really should take advantage of. Due to the length of the album I think she'll only go for 4 singles so she needs to make the best choices for sure.
I have the whole album. I think it's purely awesome. Good UK music.
I'm gunna wait until it's released next week. I love owning the real CD's. Digital download don't come close to the novelty of having CD's and records. I do my fair share of downloading, but for it's just a way of previewing 'cause I buy loads of CD's all the time. Oh anyway, I love your avatar... I found it on Google and saved it. It's now my MSN IM image.
