Sony is my favorite tech company I guess, I have the bond phone, a Walkman, a PS2, a PS3, soon a PSP (as a GBA/SNES emulator), we have a couple Sony TVs around the house and my iPod dock is Sony.
Google currently easily supplies my favorite products and services by a significant margin.
I also have an odd tech boner for Logitech. Logitech has given me THE BEST customer service experiences I have ever had from any tech or retail company, with Amazon being the only one even close to in their league. I will continue buying their flawless PC peripherals.
I try to praise and recommend Logitech as much as possible when I can, everyone bitches about bad customer support experiences, but the people doing great jobs at it need to be praised just a well.
LG is number one in my book. I have always been more than satisfied with products of their standards and quality. I also tend to migrate towards Google, Apple, Iobit and Logitech seem to make up most of my technologic arsenal.

I like Nokia too. And Sony's stuff is usually great.
