Where does it say RedOne used those beats? From what I read on Twitter, this has absolutely nothing to do with Nicki or RedOne. ADK co-produced Beautiful Sinner, that could mean lots of things. Nicki worked with him years before she ever did anything with RedOne.

I get the feeling this will be for another artist. Sia doesn't seem that interested in releasing her own music, I think she'll just be a features/behind-the-scenes gal for the rest of this year.

No, because I doubt ADK would completely sell the rights to any of his beats, otherwise he'd never be able to use them again for somebody else.

A beat isn't always a complete instrumental, it's usually just a particular stem. ADK's signature sounds are his drum stems.
