I heard Swoon at a party yesterday. Really feeling it. As for this song, IDK... maybe the studio version will sound better cuz I'm not a huge fan of the live version
these guys are talented as HELL and this is what they come up with.
The lead guy can seriously FREESTYLE and 'decently' sing (subjective) and the frontman/DJ knows his music theory well and can come up with melodies on the spot (from what i've seen looking at their YouTube videos) and this...
They have an opportunity to be really unique and creative and really stand out with catchy interesting melodies and beats but they're resorting to stuff that sounds a little dated, old, and i HATE this word...generic, although catchy as well (eg. Swoon)
