Music City Roots tweeted tonight that Taylor has had praise from a legendary Country singer, Bobby Bare ( whose best known songs were "Detroit City", "500 Miles", and father of contemporary Roots singer, Bobby Bare Junior).
The generous comment came in a 27 minute radio interview, in which Bare was discussing the state of Nashville songwriting

This is what he said: "Of course, the most brilliant one now is Taylor Swift. She's a great writer, she really is, and she's where she deserves to be. I heard her sing a song the oither night, and it just blew me away. And that's what's been missing for a long time, and so hopefully it;s coming back. We need someone like her to bring it back. And it's a good thing she's young and pretty, because that always helps"

Yeah it looks like he had quite a few hits. I'll have to check his music out someday I would love for Tay to stay in the music industry that long
