As for my opinion? I think it's amazing. The easiest six minutes of music to listen to in my life. For god's sake, listen to the instrumental! Unreal.

For future reference, the lyrics of the chorus are in my sig. My favorite sing-a-long chorus of 2006 already and I think it will be seriously hard to top.

At least they didn't pull too much of a Nelly Furtado on us. Both songs rule--"Supermassive Black Hole" is better, though.

Eh, I think this song's better. Not to say that SBM sucks, because you and I both know that it doesn't, but "Knights Of Cydonia" just screams FUN. And fun Muse = the best Muse.

Seems like they're desperately trying to jump on the Wolfmother bandwagon while it's hot. Our station did get this CD over the weekend. I'm not sure when it's out in the US. Starlight or Exo-politics seemed like the only obvious singles on the disc.

Oddly enough Woman and Dimension from Wolfmother were the first 2 songs I thought of when I heard this bonus track on the CD.

Sure sounds like it on that track. The rest of the CD, I would say no.

Nevermind that Muse has been around for years making this kind of music(since 1999, to be exact)...they have to be copying off of Wolfmother because one song sounds similar. Yeah.

Even if it did sound like Wolfmother(and it really doesn't), it's not like Wolfmother have taken elements from other bands themselves. It's obvious that Wolfmother took quite a bit from Led Zep when making their debut album and that's not necessarily a bad thing, especially when done right, which Wolfmother has done.

Both bands kick major amounts of ass anyway, so even if Muse POSSIBLY copied off of Wolfmother, at least they copied off of a great band instead of a really ****** band like Story Of The Year.

Their new album is incredible, just like their others. I prefer Knights of Cydonia to Supermassive Black Hole as well.

Ryan recent bitchslapped me through the computer screen for saying that Muse is overrated. However, I've gotta say that I'm digging Knights of Cydonia. The savior song of modern rock music, fukkkkkkkkk no. But exactly Ryan says, it "screams fun."

You don't really notice a bandwagon until it's full. Give it a year and maybe we'll see. It's more of a general prediction than a fact. Will Wolfmother do to rock what Nirvana did? Too early to tell.
