It's only the best pop album so far this decade.
It should come out here if it hasn't already.
Popular could be HUGE.

It was never released in the US :-\
Popular did hit #1 on some Billboard dance chart though.
But his new album should be coming out soon, although sadly he went back to a more Savage Garden like sound.
