When I was in middle school and when I was a freshman in high school, I'd skip school on the daily just because of anxiety.

I've never had to skip anything, but anxiety has prevented me from doing a lot of things, like going out to the club with my friends, attending parties, things like that.

I think it has never happened to me. I used to skip in high school 50 % of the time and I wasn't anxious at all

Not all together but This one time I wanted to cry at work that when they had a meeting (im a student worker), I left for an hour or so. :\

I have high anxiety but no I've never done that. As much as I want to, I just can't do that. The other half of me is not a quitter and too much of an overachiever to let my other half fail me as a whole. So I just endure and trudge through it. However, I do tend to avoid things that will make me anxious (non-school/work related) but once I'm in that situation I just get through with it.

PE lessons that involved football (soccer)

If I couldn't bunk school, I would use to pretend to throw up, hide in the toilets, leave my PE kit at home, fake notes that excused me. Every Monday morning and Wednesday afternoon was absolute torture for my 5 years in secondary school

Never happened to me yet, but what happened to me was worse, I had a sudden burst of emotion and just had a meltdown in front of everyone in my class(crying and trying to kill myself)

, and then I shifted into a super crazy happy emotion

I told the teacher I had to go home after that and he let me call my parents

(later that day i went to the medical hospital and I got diagnosed with Bipolar DIsorder
