The OP is misleading, "Heart Attack" is #13 on iTunes not #34. It hasn't even been released everywhere in the world so the world ranking is invalid. And it has had no video and no promo, and had been in the Top 10 since its release and only now fell out due to the rush of new JT songs.
Ke$ha. Justin has a platinum album slaying right now and has even became more successful single wise this era, while Demo was booked as a judge on one of the biggest shows on FOX. Ke$ha has been underperforming on radio, digital single sales, and album sales since her lead single.
