If Bieber was fading people would not care enough to vote on the poll. This is speaking from someone who only likes one of his songs and don't really care for him as a person.

Well considering he's one of the most hated popstars ever, I wouldn't trust in a poll, it's more like he's pasted his prime and he's not the only teen male out there, he's fighting with other five guys and the attention is not on him anymore, that's my opinion.
He is getting hits unlike last time around but HE is not that popular anymore. His hits are just bops people like for a while but they're not helping his popularity (kind of like how Taio Cruz had two smash hits from his album but no one cared about HIM as an artist). 1 direction doesn't even seem half as famous as Bieber. I never hear them on the radio. They just seemed really pigeon holed into just their fanbase and not the general public.
