Funk legend Ameriie is shown above in the studio finishing her new album, Cymatika Volume I, which will be released later on this year. She has spent a span of four years working on the album and with its near completion, she is now picking track-listing - as well as mixing & mastering the tracks. Expect first single this summer!

I know for a fact that she's going to deliver. 4 years is so unheard of for making an album - I can tell she's really touching on her life and the ups & downs that she has faced these 4 years. It will be a concept album that has NEVER been done in the industry and I expect the GP to instantly fall in love w/ material.

She also hash-tagged `street life`, I wonder is that a working song title or influence from the member of same name, who was a member of Wu Tang Clan. I'm not sure but I am ready for new music.

yes for 4 years actually. She wanted to take her time, something that she wasn't given the luxury to do with last album. Taking it back to the 90s when artist actually spent years working on album, perfecting it before just rushing everything before it meets its full potential, u know.

Well, its the truth bro. No one has discussed Cymatics, Physics, Earth/Human history, quantum physics, science, and spirituality. Out of those topics the only one an artist have discussed is spirituality. These topics have been Ameriie's second passion for awhile as she has her BA in History from Georgetown. I think this will be relatively fresh to the public.

Yeah, I'm sorry but you can't really rush good music - some artist only spending weeks on their album. Ameriie is taking 4 years to make sure she's covered ever possible subject that she wants and also getting her creative juices on paper so that she effectively accomplishes the goal of the album's theme, etc.

I wonder what producers has she worked with....

Its unfortunate that you felt the need to smear negativity, when you could have just responded to the news or just ignored it. I don't understand why u felt the need to be so disruptive. Ameriie is a legend in her own right, more than 12+ years in the game and counting. She has critical acclaim worldwide with past legends showing support i.e. Aretha Franklin, Foo Fighters etc. She's a legend whether you like it or not.
