Maybe because she TOOK him to dinner, BROUGHT HIM BACKSTAGE, BOOKED him flights, etc. and then he went on a tangent saying how he thinks she's following him for sympathy and that she should unfollow him already.
And because Billy knew it wasn't that serious. Nicki would CALL Chrissy, like literally, and then he tells her to unfollow him THEN gets angry? Nah.
