Is the Youtube rule for BEYONCE?
Did Billboard added this Youtube rule in order to help Beyonce to crack top 10
,
since her digital sales and radio airplay is not strong to make it... Not even top 15..

For some people it will be a hope to crack the top 50.
For others it will just make them stay longer at #1.
