Yeah, I think it is at the moment. It makes sense that YouTube is included, but it doesn't make sense to include millions of views from 30 sec parody videos. I won't be surprised if, after Harlem Shake dies down, they change the rules so that there are minimum requirements for streams to be counted (official music video + lyric video only, or minimum video length for parodies, etc.) like they did with the Billboard 200 after BTW/99 cents fiasco.
