The usually stylish J. Lo looked rather plump in the mid-section and was sporting many a grey hair, a sign of women in the first trimester of their pregnancy.

Sources tell PerezHilton.com that the singer was scheduled to perform a series of concerts and Lopez just cancelled her entire international tour at the last minute, leaving many to believe that an impending pregnancy led her to make that decision.
