The former Lizzie McGuire star guest starred on Tuesday’s episode as Rachel, the ex of young dad Jimmy, played by Lucas Neff. In the episode, Duff character sparks some bad memories for the dad. Duff's episode only brought in 3.12 million views, making the episode the lowest viewed episode of Raising Hope ever. Surprisingly enough, the episode right before hers attracted 3.53 million viewers, and the show right after it 4.35 million views.

She should probably stick to calling the paps and walking around the Los Angeles area tbh.

Considering her episode wasn't promoted till the Friday (or was it Saturday?) before, and Hilary herself didn't mention it until a few minutes before it aired, I am NOT bothered. Tuesday is a horrible day for viewership at all networks except for CBS anyway.
