for me...i always drink "COLD WATER" then "HOT WATER"
then eat LAYS or anything that is salty or greasy...then drink again cold then hot!(it refreshes MY throat!)
perfect you can sing like JOSS STONE, well Mariah Carey too
but it takes 10years for you to do that! (her old voice)
