And who are these 5 people? Why should we believe him over Kelly?

Let's see what facts do we have: My December only had one single in the US and two videos (one of them half-assed) after a huge era like Breakaway, with its lead single breaking the Top 10. Clive was the Chairman and CEO of RCA at that point, so instead of saying "we shared multiplatinum success" he should be explaining why that album almost didn't go platinum (in fact it didn't sell 1M) thanks to the label he used to run. Kelly made some serious accusations that he just didn't address..
