We like to think we 'know' celebrities but we don't really, we only see little snippets of their personalities in interviews and we don't know what they're really like. We say we hate or love them but we don't even know them.

Nope, the only person who knows them the best is themselves. What we know is the public life they lead, not the private.

Probably not anywhere near as well as we might like to think we do. Which makes stanning kinda dumb, but whatevs.

nope, we only know what they want to show us. Look at vintage hollywood and their entertainers, plenty of ppl in believed in their images. And eventually their dirt came out as time passed on as being completely different from their images.
