Reviews was killed off and merged with Main Music Forum.

Avatars & Graphics was renamed Personal Avatar Threads and relocated as a sub-forum under The Lounge. However, the Video Capture Requests thread is now in the Videos forum.

This reorganization was done because the Avatars and Reviews forums were really inactive but still listed on the main menu.
