The #1 film at the North American (US + Canada only, Mexico is not counted as part of "domestic" grosses) box office this weekend, the zombie romance film "Warm Bodies", aimed at a young audience, featured a scene where Bruce Springsteen's classic 1980 album The River (which has sold over 5 million copies in the US) was prominently featured, as described in this review of the film:
