It can't be an April Fools Joke since it's March 31st. And on TV there is supposed to be a very special Simpsons annoucement on Sunday night. I think they'll show the teaser.
hm thatd be cool. but they said they'd make the movie when the simpsons series ended. and fox just signed a contract with the simpsons taking them on until 2008. and the movie aparently is going to released in the summer of 2007.
I saw a trailer when I watched 'Ice Age'. It said the movie is schedule to come out SUMMER 2007. All I can say was, Summer 2006 is not yet here and they already advertise a movie for SUMMER 2007. ANYWAY, totally not look forward to.
^---They do that often with big movies. Superman, X-Men 3, and Spider-Man 2 (and 3) were all being advertised the year before they came out. Same with The DaVinci Code and...well, there's a long list.
I really do think Simpsons will be done by the end of the decade, but I remember them saying that the movie would only come after the series was over. Does this mean 2007 is the end?

Woo, Simpsons movie. A few years too late, but it's still a Simpsons movie and I don't know if I can wait a year to see it. But I guess i'll have to.
