Yes. Easily.

I'm inclined to agree from a sales point of view, but everyone knows Beyonce's had more 'success', impact and presence in the industry than Katy ever will.

She's been more relevant in recent years, but I think Beyoncé's hits are more remembered than Katy's overall.

actually they are quite comparable worldwide, and I Am Sasha Fierce even outsold Teenage Dream worldwide by about two million copies.

I don't think it can. Beyonce's first three eras may not have had perfect success but she produced some HUGE singles to make it memorable.

Teenage Dream has definitely outdone 4. But as for the first three albums, success is kind of obvious.
