A large percentage of most goods and garments are made in those countries for high profile labels to small shops/market stalls and they are made incredibly well, in any number, to any specification by people who are highly skilled and know what they are doing. Yes, most fakes and cheaply done items come from there too, but the reason for that is because the originals are made there. They do an awesome job for being paid peanuts.
As for 7's - I'm not keen on those jeans. I'm not keen on jeans in general - about 10-15 years and previously, they were made to last and be hard wearing, now it's more about the fashion. Hence for function I like Levi's and CK's and for fashion I like Apple Bottoms, however stretch jeans in general are my fave but I don't wear them, the only denim I like is in long coats, fitted jackets and boleros.
