I'm not sure if they (the girls & kids) were kicked out or if the place was closing, but he's saying "get out", "don't come in here" several times. Obviously he isn't going to just leave the entrance while they're posted outside acting belligerent & disorderly. I'm not sure why he shouldn't have done his job in front of the children. She didn't care enough to conduct herself properly. And even if he did push her first, she invaded his space while ignoring his orders anyhow. He had every right.
